Mercedes-Benz Enthusiasts Dinner
The Desert Stars’ annual wrap up of auction week in Scottsdale, Arizona, the Mercedes-Benz Enthusiast Dinner, was held on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Venue 8600. Attendees came together to celebrate the brand.
Mercedes-Benz cars were displayed by local dealer, Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale before the event. Local members held the annual “People’s Choice” car show in the parking lot, which featured Mercedes-Benz cars from. This year’s entries ran the gamut from roadsters to coupes. The People’s Choice award winners were as follows: in third place Carey Hobson for his 2002 SL500 Silver Arrow. Second place went to Mark Rodman for his 1991 560 SEC. The top spot went Chuck Stanford with his 1970 280 SL. Congratulations to the winners and to all the participants whose love of their vehicles as clearly evident.
Following cocktails and dinner, Mr. Andy Reid provided the attendees with this insight and information on Mercedes-Benz cars that were offered for sale at the week’s events.
